Step 1: Connect your WooCommerce shop

Enter your shop URL and WooCommerce API keys. WowProfit.io retrieves your orders, products and customer data via the official REST API — you don’t need to install anything on your WordPress site.

Step 2: Add your cost prices and margins

Add the purchase price per product — once, or in bulk from the product overview. From that moment on, WowProfit.io automatically calculates your true gross margin on every sale.

Step 3: Add your fixed and variable costs

Ad budget, shipping costs, staff, hosting, payment provider fees: record them by category and period. That way, “revenue” turns into a real net result.

Step 4: View your profit by period, country and product
