How do I connect my WooCommerce store to WowProfit.io?
You connect your store through the official WooCommerce REST API. In WordPress go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API , create a read-only key pair and paste the consumer key and secret together with your shop URL into WowProfit.io. No plugin is required. The first sync usually takes less than two minutes.
How quickly do I see my real profit?
Revenue, orders and average order value appear right after the first sync. For net profit WowProfit.io needs two more things: your product cost prices and your costs (ads, shipping, staff, hosting, payment fees). Most users complete this within ten minutes.
Can I manage multiple WooCommerce stores?
Yes. Every plan includes one store; extra stores cost 50% of your plan price each. You can view each store separately and compare them on revenue, margin and net profit.
Which plans are available and what do they cost?
You always start with a free 30-day trial , no card required. After that you pick a monthly or yearly plan (Starter or Professional). Current prices and limits are on the pricing page .
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees. You cancel in your dashboard under Profile → Subscription or via support.
Which payment methods are supported?
Payments run through MultiSafepay, supporting Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card, bank transfer and PayPal . After each payment you automatically receive a numbered invoice.
What does the competitor module cost?
The competitor module is a €20/month add-on. Track up to ten competitors with periodic scans of their prices and assortment, compared against your own positioning.
In which currencies can I view my numbers?
You can switch between euro (€), British pound (£) and US dollar ($) . Amounts are converted using the daily European Central Bank reference rates, and the rate used is always visible.
How is VAT included in my profit?
You set a VAT percentage per store (21% by default). The financial overview shows revenue including and excluding VAT plus the VAT amount. Profit is always calculated on revenue excluding VAT.
Do I have to enter all cost prices manually?
No. In the product overview you can search, filter and update products in sequence. Cost prices already present in WooCommerce are imported where possible, and history is kept for fair period comparison.
Can I push my sales to my accounting software (Octopus)?
Yes. WowProfit.io converts your orders into accounting entries for Octopus : a separate sales journal and ledger account per platform, with the correct VAT code per country. Journals, account numbers and VAT codes are configurable.
Can advertising costs be included automatically?
Google Ads costs can be linked so they flow automatically into your profit and ROAS. Other channels can be added as cost entries per category and period.
Is two-factor authentication available?
Yes. You can enable e-mail two-factor authentication in your profile. Repeated failed logins are blocked automatically and logins from a new device require an extra verification code.
What happens to my store data?
Your API keys are stored encrypted and used only to retrieve your own data. We never sell or share data. Hosting is inside the EU and processing is GDPR-compliant.
I forgot my password — what now?
Click Forgot password on the login screen and enter your e-mail address. You will receive a reset link valid for one hour.
